* On the day of arrival, you have access to the cabin at 12.00. The same applies on the departure date, then you must be out of the cabin at 12.00 so that the next guest has access.

(Please get in touch to check how things look around your booking. Sometimes it is possible to get earlier access/departure)

* You are responsible for cleaning the cabins upon departure. Leave the cottage in the same condition as it was on your arrival.
Please take photos of the cabin upon arrival and send us the photos, so we can see how it was left by previous guests.

(If you have not cleaned, or have been careless with the cleaning, you will be charged a cleaning fee of SEK 2,000)

* When booking a cabin, a boat with oars is included. Get in touch if you would like to rent a motor. There are both electric and petrol engines.

* Fishing licenses in the area are purchased via ifishke .

* Be careful if you use the gas stove/gas refrigerator. Instructions for these can be found in the cabin.
